We regret that our fleet does not include wheelchair-accessible vehicles. We hope to add this service to our fleet in the future.


Wicked Wine Tours welcomes bachelor/ette groups. Guests are asked to wear appropriate attire and be respectful of other tour and winery guests. Please note that some facilities do not permit bachelorette groups. Rates are the same regardless of group size or nature of group parties.


To guarantee an exceptional experience, Wicked Wine Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times, including committing our vehicles and Tour Guides to your reservation. Advance requests and appointments may also be required at wineries depending on season and guest requests, as many wineries only accept visitors by appointment. Upon reservation, Wicked Wine Tours will request a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. Guests have up to seven days prior to the reservation to cancel with no penalty. CANCELLING OR REDUCING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION DATE FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN 100% CHARGE OF THE FULL RESERVATION. FOR GROUPS OF TEN OR MORE GUESTS, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.


In accordance with provincial legislation, only adults aged 19 and over are permitted to drink alcohol. Children 18 and under are not permitted on our tour excursions. For private tours and other related services, children may be permitted. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Group Size

Wicked Wine Tours are available year-round. BOOK NOW easily and quickly for 2 to 14 guests. We happily accommodate groups of 15 or more; please call us to reserve. Rates are the same regardless of group size.​


Tours that stop for lunch EXCLUDE the cost of lunch. Wicked Wine Tours will coordinate restaurant reservations for your group. We select restaurants as per restaurant quality and availability, group size, guest requests, holidays, and other factors. Guests order a la carte and pay the restaurant directly. Restaurant requests are welcome, but are not guaranteed. Wicked Wine Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant of such upon arrival.


Your Tour Guide will collect payment at the conclusion of the tour. We accept cash and credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit and cheques are NOT accepted. Gratuities are NOT included. Please consider tipping on the total tour cost, versus the balance after deposit. Suggested gratuity: 15-25%. For groups of eight or more guests, an 18% gratuity will be added, and for large groups, please organize payment in advance and present the Tour Guide with one payment method.


​We regret that pets are not permitted on our tour excursions. Service animals are welcome.

Pick-up Locations
We are pleased to offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off for GROUPS FOUR OR MORE GUESTS at most Kelowna locations, including hotels, Airbnbs, B&Bs, and residences. Groups of less than four guests choose from three conveniently-located pick-up locations: Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites, Coast Capri Hotel, and Delta Grand Okanagan Resort. This policy ONLY effective March 1 - October 31.

We regret that some locations are beyond our collection radius, including Big White Resort, La Casa Resort, Lake Okanagan Resort, Westside Road, Peachland, Vernon, and some outlying residential areas; guests may be asked to meet us at a central collection point. Pick-up is available in West Kelowna, Peachland, Summerland, and Penticton for our Naramata Bench tour. Please contact us for any questions about pick-up locations.

Pick-up Time

We are pleased to offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to our guests, and we often pick-up guests at different locations for a tour. To remain on schedule, and in consideration of other guests, PLEASE BE READY FOR PICK-UP 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Your Tour Guide will collect you at the front doors of your pick-up. Please contact us immediately if you foresee any complications.

Private Tours

Groups of ten or more guests are considered private. Should your group be less than ten, you may reserve ten seats to guarantee a private excursion.


Wicked Wine Tours operate rain or shine. Wine tastings are typically experienced in indoor tasting rooms, wine cellars, or beneath covered patios, and our vehicles feature complimentary umbrellas for guest use.


Tasting wine is a sensory experience, including the sense of smell. Cologne and perfume can have an adverse effect on you and your party's tasting experience, and on the experience of other guests visiting the winery. Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, and other heavy scents when embarking on your wine tour. Lipstick and lip gloss can also have an detrimental effect on your tasting experience.

Tasting Fees

Wherever possible, winery and facility tasting fees are included in tour rates. Your Tour Guide will advise you when you visit a facility where tasting fees are not included (i.e. premium or icewine fees). The number and variety of wines offered at wineries is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the facility.


​Wicked Wine Tours is proud to offer our guests a modern fleet of Ford Transit passenger vans, and Ford Expedition luxury SUVs.


​Wineries are pre-selected based on the size and nature of reservations, winery availability, holidays, special events, and other factors. Our shorter, "Wicked Wine Tours" feature visits to four wineries, and our longer excursions feature visits to five wineries, and typically include additional facility tours and enhanced tasting experiences. The 'Details' section of each of our online tour listings has links and photos to wineries. We welcome requests.
