Cancellation

To guarantee an exceptional experience, Wicked Wine Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times, including committing our vehicles and Tour Guides to your reservation. Advance requests and appointments may also be required at wineries depending on season and guest requests, as many wineries only accept visitors by appointment. Upon reservation, Wicked Wine Tours will request a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. Guests have up to seven days prior to the reservation date to cancel with no penalty. Cancelling OR reducing the number of guests less than seven days prior to the reservation date will result in 100% charge of the full reservation. For groups of twelve or more guests, the deposit is non-refundable.


Children

In accordance with provincial legislation, only adults aged 19 and over are permitted to drink alcohol. Children 18 and under are not permitted on our tour excursions. For private tours and other related services, children may be permitted. Please inquire at the time of booking.


Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online. Professionally designed and secure electronic gift cards are also available in any denomination. Contact us for more information.


Meals

Tours that stop for lunch EXCLUDE the cost of lunch. Wicked Wine Tours will coordinate restaurant reservations for your group. We select restaurants as per restaurant quality and availability, group size, guest requests, holidays, and other factors. Guests order a la carte and pay the restaurant directly. Restaurant requests are welcome, but are not guaranteed. Wicked Wine Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant of such upon arrival.


Payment

Your Tour Guide will collect payment at the conclusion of the tour. We accept cash, credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), Apple Pay, and tap-and-pay debit. Cheques are NOT accepted. Gratuities are NOT included. Please consider tipping on the total tour cost, versus the balance after deposit. Suggested gratuity: 15-25%. For groups of eight or more guests, an 18% gratuity will be added, and for large groups, please organize payment in advance and present the Tour Guide with one payment method.


Pick-up

Wicked Wine Tours is pleased to offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to our guests, and we often pick-up guests at different locations for a tour. To remain on schedule, and in consideration of other guests, BE READY FOR PICK-UP 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Your Tour Guide will collect you at the front doors of your pick-up. Please contact us immediately if you foresee any complications.


Scents

Tasting wine is a sensory experience, including the sense of smell. Cologne and perfume can have an adverse effect on you and your party's tasting experience, and on the experience of other guests visiting the winery. Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, and other heavy scents when embarking on your wine tour. Lipstick and lip gloss can also have an detrimental effect on your tasting experience.


Tasting Fees

Wherever possible, winery and facility tasting fees are included in tour rates. Your Tour Guide will advise you when you visit a facility where tasting fees are not included (i.e. premium or icewine fees). The number and variety of wines offered at wineries is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the facility.
